At Apollo Direct, we understand the need to house your data in a secure
environment and just as importantly be able to not only store your data but be
able to perform in the event of a disaster. Listed below are broad descriptions
of our employed security procedures. For more in-depth information, please
contact us.
Facilities
Apollo Direct is located in an office building with 24/7 camera monitoring.
This building locks up automatically at 7:00 PM every night and on weekends for
limited access. Additionally, our office has it's own separate alarms,
monitoring and card access at the entrance to our office and to the computer
room. The card access system monitors who can enter our office and records
every entrance.
Computer Security
Utilizing all available securities, our computers are completely "Locked-Down".
In addition to standard methods utilizing firewalls, windows security and
traditional Microsoft and secure online transaction software, we have
customized and reinforced security through multilevel partitions, varied access
levels at both file and database levels and separate servers for more sensitive
data.
Disaster Situations
In the event that employees cannot access our office, our systems allow
employees with security clearance to securely remote in from home and fulfill
your request even in the event of a state-of-emergency. Even on snow days, our
employees are able to work safely from home without missing a beat with
production. Additionally, when rush requests come in, we are able to complete
projects at any given hour, regardless of the time of day. We also provide
limited access to all clients should they wish to run counts on their own
files. Our systems are available and accessible 24/7.
All data archives and backups are not only stored in a secure, off-site
facility, but we are able to process your jobs in the event of a natural
disaster. Our off-site backup facility provides complete redundant solutions
with mirrored servers and programs. We perform monthly drills to verify
compliance. In the event of a disaster, we simply remote in to our backup
location to continue processing without missing a beat.
